Newburgh,NY - Front Street - If you think you've been to all of the Hudson River's coolest towns and hottest destinations, you haven't been to all of them unless you've visited Front Street on the Hudson, in Newburgh, NY--- with it's breathtaking Hudson river views, fabulous restaurants with outdoor patio dining right on the river and lots of history and fun-filled things to do.

Matt was hungry and ready to start his day when he got to Front Street, so he headed to Torches on the Hudson for their awesome and totally filling Sunday Brunch
After Brunch, Matt headed over to Washington's Headquarters, the first designated historic site in America, where the end of the American Revolution was formally announced. View Video
The views of the Hudson River were so spectacular from Washington's Headquarters that Matt decided he wanted to take a cruise on the Hudson River, so he headed back down to Front Street to catch a ride on the River Rose, an original New Orleans Paddle Boat. View Video
The visit to Washington's Headquarters and the cruise on the River Rose got Matt's appetite going again, so he decided to stop into Havana 59 Restaurant for some Latin flavors. View Video
Matt heard the Yellow Bird Art Gallery is a pretty cool place and it is just down the block from Havana 59 --- so they headed over to check it out. Matt enjoyed seeing some really cool (and expensive) sculptures!(Unfortunately, this establishment has closed.) However, the Independent Film Center downstairs is open!
After touring the art gallery and enjoying some fine wines, Matt decided to wrap up his day with dinner at the Big Easy Bistro Restaurant a place that brings the delicious flavors of New Orleans to folks right here on the Hudson River... (Big Easy Bistro has changed it's name, but the Chef/owner is the same!)
Matt wasn't going to leave Front Street without stopping by the hottest night spot on the strip...26 Front Street (Tiki Bar). This place features an outdoor Tiki Bar, DJ's, bands, and there's usually some kind of party going on every night... View Video
